During the therapeutic massage, we will work with massage therapy techniques that can reduce insomnia, increase the immune system, help to eliminate scar tissue, and increase the range of motion.

Using Reiki, Shiatsu, and Polarity Therapy, we can work together on the energetic level to balance the energy flows within the body, further increase the strength of the parasympathetic nervous system (our rest and relax mechanism) and reconnect to our higher selves. Guided meditation may also be used in an effort of achieving a more balanced state of being.

Additionally, you may want to consider the use of essential oils that can enhance the therapeutic benefit of your massage. We use Young Living Essential Oils that may be added to your session for a nominal fee.
